Autumn opening times
To our most wonderful supporters and garden lovers, we are delighted to let you know that the garden will be open daily from Friday, 2 April 2021 to Monday, 14 June 2021.
We will be open between the hours of 10 am and 4.00 pm.
Please note that the Bells Line of Road is now open!! There are two sections between Mount Tomah and Mount Wilson where there are traffic lights and the speed is reduced to 40 km per hour. Otherwise, there are no other restrictions on use of the road.
The garden continues to be accessible by way of the Great Western Highway.
Once you reach Mt Victoria on the Great Western Highway, you need to turn right on to the Darling Causeway.
Once you reach the end of the Darling Causeway, you are permitted to turn right on to the Bells Line of Road.
It is then a short trip along the Bells Line of Road to Mt Wilson. Turn left and follow the road along until you reach the village.

Bells Line of Road is open
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - BELLS LINE OF ROAD IS NOW OPEN BETWEEN MOUNT TOMAH AND MOUNT WILSON
Dear Garden lovers,
In exciting news, Bells Line of Road has re-opened between Mount Tomah and Mount Wilson.
while there are some sections of the road where you need to travel at a slower speed, there are no other restrictions on the use of the road.
This means you can travel from Sydney through Bilpin and then up to Mount Wilson again.

Group Garden Tours

Is it possible to celebrate our wedding at Nooroo Garden Mt Wilson, NSW?
Nooroo Garden does not host weddings in the garden as yet. However, the garden is available for engagement, pre-wedding and wedding photographs at any time of the year. Please contact us if you would like to make a booking for a private visit.
Is Nooroo garden open in the Summer and in Winter?
Nooroo Garden is open for private tours in Summer and in Winter. Nooroo Garden is otherwise open in Autumn and Spring for all guests. To organise a private tour, please email or call us.
Are there bathroom facilities?
Nooroo Garden has bathroom facilities on request.
Can we bring our pet to visit the garden?
Yes, pets are welcome to visit Nooroo Garden provided that they are supervised closely and kept on a leash at all times.
Can we picnic in the garden?
Absolutely! Visitors are welcome to make a day of it and bring their families for a picnic in the garden. All that we require is that you make sure to remove any rubbish when you head home for the day.
Can we buy chestnuts?
Chestnuts are for sale at the gate in Autumn. The chestnuts are organic and hand picked and are delicious!
What are the payment options?
Nooroo Garden will accept payment by way of cash, credit/EFTPOS card and cheque.
Does Nooroo Garden offer tea and coffee?
On weekends during Autumn and Spring, Nooroo offers tea, coffee and other refreshments for a small additional fee.
Also, form all private tours booked in advance, Nooroo Garden offers morning or afternoon tea for a small fee in addition to the entrance fee.
